Rex Goldsmith, a British fishmonger, recently spotted an electric blue lobster at a fish market. This lobster was caught by fishermen from near the east coast of Scotland. Rex thought it was too beautiful to eat, so he sent it to the Natural History Museum in London. Experts at the museum believe that the color of this lobster is caused by a rare genetic mutation.

　　Rex said: "This is the strangest lobster I have seen in 30 years of business. I can't bear to eat it. Both the seller and I think this lobster is very beautiful. He sold it to me for £10. The price was not raised. Then I sent the lobster to the museum. My children and I were waiting to see how it looked."
