It usually takes 3 to 5 years to reach the specifications for export to Japan and South Korea. Judging from the current breeding situation, the newly cultivated Yunlongban grows fast, weighing more than 1 kg from 8 months to 10 months, and after two years of breeding, it can weigh more than 3 kg. "Now it has been obtained from Japan, Customers from South Korea and other countries have recognized that the meat is as delicious as moiré grouper and can be used instead of moire grouper for sashimi."

The newly cultivated dragon grouper overcomes this shortcoming.
